So the topic is pretty significant as hotel industry is one of those industries in which human resources are thought to be most crucial for survival. This report is an effort to discuss and analyze the human resource management in Hilton hotel. This report will start off with the brief overview of the organization. In the later segments, the discussion and analysis would be carried out regarding the people management approaches, policies, practices, issues in the human resource management in Hilton hotel. The focus has been kept in two chosen areas including recruitment and retention of the workforce and well being and happiness at work. The research methodology has been discussed in the next chapters with an introduction to the data collection and analysis. In this chapter, an analysis has been done to have an insight into the emerging issues in the arena of human resource management in Hilton hotel.
